Who we are

Hammocks Company sells online direct to the public, so you buy at the price we would otherwise sell to a shop. We are part of Caruso Consulting Co Ltd, a family business, and hammocks and the things that go with them are the whole range rather than a corner of a bigger catalogue.

There is no showroom and nothing is collected. That is how the prices stay where they are, and it is why the pages carry the detail a shop assistant would otherwise tell you.

Why buy from us

Everything we sell is a stock item, held and shipped rather than made to your measurement, so an order placed today is handled within 2 working days and reaches you anywhere in Australia within 7 working days of dispatch, tracked. Delivery is free over $75 and a flat $25 under that, with Express Delivery at $25 if you would rather not wait.

The range covers the four ways people actually use a hammock: carried to a campsite, hung between two trees at home, stood on a frame where there are no trees, and sat in rather than lain in. The accessories are the parts that decide whether the first two work in Australian weather.

Being straight about what we know

Where a supplier publishes a figure, our page quotes it: 226.8 kg for the camping hammock, 204 kg for the cotton one, 215 kg for the 2-in-1 stand. Where a supplier publishes nothing, the page says so instead of estimating. Three of our listings have no published weight limit and every one of those pages says as much.

We would rather answer a question before you order than take a return afterwards. Email theteam@customersupport.care with the span between your trees, the width of your balcony or the height of your ceiling and a person will tell you which one fits.

Your order, and what happens if it goes wrong

Card payments run through Stripe and PayPal is there if you prefer it. A tracking number is emailed the moment the parcel leaves, and you can follow it yourself on Track Your Parcel.

If a parcel does not arrive, or the product does not match its description, you are covered: the consumer guarantees of the Australian Consumer Law apply to everything we sell and we put a fault right at no cost to you. On top of that this shop accepts change-of-mind returns for 15 days from purchase under its own policy, set out in full on Refunds & Returns.

Who is behind Hammocks Company

Hammocks Company is part of a family-owned group of online stores. Our CEO, Renoo Caruso, is a Christian preacher based in Phetchaburi, Thailand. Renoo leads a local church with a congregation of more than 200 people and shares daily Bible teaching in Thai through renoo.faith and a YouTube channel with over 1,600 videos.

That faith shapes how we trade. Clear prices, honest product details, and a real person answering your email. We would rather lose a sale than mislead a customer.
